Articles which are recommended to the Executive Editorial Board (EEB) have a higher likelihood of being published in one of
the double-blind refereed Journals listed in Cabell's, ProQuest, Ulrich's Directory and JournalSeek.

All papers must be accompanied by a cover sheet with every author(s) name, title, address, phone, e-mail, full affiliation, category, track to which it is submitted, and 200 - 500 word Abstract not more than five (5) keywords.

All submitted papers are peer reviewed and, upon acceptance, published in a refereed conference proceeding, and outstanding articles will be considered for publication in one of the 15 distinguished refereed journals.

All correspondence will be sent to the first author unless otherwise specified.

Submitted papers must not currently be under review by any other publication or conference. All submissions MUST abide by the guidelines indicated above.

The number of submissions by an author (excluding joint authorship) is strictly limited to a maximum of three submissions. An e-mail address, where the acknowledgment will be forwarded, must be provided.

By submitting a paper, authors implicitly assign Intellectbase the copyright license to publish and agree that at least one (if more authors) will register, attend and participate in the conference to present the paper. Other alternatives (e.g. Pod Casting, Video Conferencing, VOIP etc.) can also be arranged upon special request.
